We have the technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and service the equipment we sell. Although Equipco is not a service company, we are proud to say that we are often asked to get involved in our customers’ projects when design, installation, or product problems arise. Equipco also provides product demonstrations and training seminars for the products we represent. We appreciate that our products are of a technical nature and we believe that education is important in cultivating customer confidence and motivation to specify our products.
